CSEA Negotiations Update
CSEA and SMJUHSD is pleased to announce that it has reached a Tentative Agreement with CSEA Chapter #455, the unit representing classified employees. This resolves successor negotiations and creates a 3-year agreement, July 1, 2025-June 30, 2028, with re-openers in 2026 and 2027.
Total compensation package equates to 2.30%.
If successfully ratified by CSEA membership and approved by the District Board of Education, CSEA members will receive a 2.14% on-schedule retroactive pay back to July 1, 2025.
