Facilities & Logistics

The Facilities & Logistics Department supports student success by developing and maintaining modern, safe, and functional learning environments across the district. Through thoughtful planning and efficient operations, the team ensures that schools are equipped to meet the evolving needs of students and staff.

The department operates across three key areas: Facilities Planning and Construction, Purchasing, and Warehouse Services. The Facilities team manages everything from long-term planning and project development to contract oversight, funding coordination, and compliance with public building codes for new construction, modernization, and repair projects.

The Purchasing team handles the procurement of materials, equipment, and service contracts to support district operations, while Warehouse Services oversees the receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies to school sites and departments.

Together, these teams ensure the district’s learning environments are well-resourced, well-maintained, and ready to support quality education every day.
