The Business Services Department plays a vital role in supporting both instructional and operational functions throughout the district. From managing budgets to overseeing day-to-day financial operations, the team ensures that resources are used responsibly and align with the district’s educational priorities.

With a strong focus on fiscal responsibility, the department provides guidance and accountability to all district departments, helping maintain transparency and financial health at every level.

The Assistant Superintendent of Business Services oversees several essential areas, including Fiscal Services, Food Services, Facilities and Logistics, Maintenance and Operations, Payroll, Purchasing, and Transportation. These functions work together to ensure our schools run smoothly and efficiently, so that students and staff can focus on teaching and learning.
